- If your order arrives and it is not 100% as ordered, we will fix it, NO NONSENSE, we promise.
- Any Items found to be damaged, defective or not as ordered will be replaced at no charge to you.
- Please inspect your order for correctness promptly.
- You must notify us of any damage, defect or other error on your items within three business days of receipt.
- Please note any visible damage that may have occured to packaging materials in transit.

- Returns for refund must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- For your convenience, we offer an extended return and exchange policy during the holiday season. Purchases made between December 1 and December 31 have an extended return period through January 31 of the following year.
- Items that have been personalized with your pets name, custom text or a custom logo are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
- To be eligible for refund all Items must be returned in unused, unwashed saleable condition free of dirt, stains, dog hair, odors, damage or other signs of wear. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning any item.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with your return.
- We recomend shipping your return by a trackable shipping method as returns lost in the mail are non refundable.

- If you would like to exchange your non personalized item simply follow the guidlines and steps outlined in our return policy and your order will be refunded upon reciept as noted in the return policy.
